    Herbs are available at wholesale price to distributors. Keep in mind that there are no minimum purchase orders and no requirement to sell to others.   • How can I book and pay for an appointment for my friend using the Family and Friends feature?
    Start by booking an appointment the way you currently would . Once on the Shopping Cart Screen, the first question drop down asks “Who are you booking for?”. Select a Family or Friend, or add a new Family & Friend from this drop-down, which will indicate who you are booking for. In the same Shopping Cart Screen, it will ask to “Select Payment Method.” The Family & Friends Sharing icon will be attached to the card that is being shared. Use this to pay with the Shared Card.

  • What is the cancelation policy?
    24 hour notice is required for all service related cancelations. Last minute cancelations (less than 24 hours) will be marked as a “No Show”. After 2 “No Show” occurrences, full payment may be required for future appointments prior to service being rendered.

  • What is Youniversal doing to prioritize safety and cleanliness?
    The health, safety and wellbeing of our clients is our priority. Before entering our facility, we have implemented temperature checks and require a COVID waiver to be completed each time an in-person service is booked. We have also implemented additional precautions for our clients including providing face masks, contactless porch pick-up, using gloves where appropriate, frequent hand washing, using hand sanitizer, and proactively disinfecting shared surfaces, and requiring anyone who feels sick to stay home.

  • Do I need to wear a mask?
    Masks are required upon entering and provided to clients as needed.

    Yes! Clients can tip and sign on their phone without having to touch any point of sale hardware via the Vagaro App.
  • How can I safely pick up my online order?
    We offer no-contact porch pickup. Once you have received email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup, call or text us when you are on your way and your order will be ready porchside when you arrive.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Online shopping is backed by fast and secure PayPal checkout (you do not need a PayPal account). For all other services and memberships, all major credit/debit cards, cashapp, zelle and venmo accepted.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, your tracking information is emailed to you using the email you entered at checkout within 24 hours of placing your order. If you chose, Porchside Pickup, you will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

  • How long will it take to fulfill my order?
    Most orders are shipped or ready for pickup within 24 hours or less. Some items ship directly from brand partners and may take a little more time. We can only guarantee same day pickup on Same Day Essentials. Standard shipping takes approximately 1-3 business days depending on your shipping address. However, as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive.
  • Do you offer free shipping?

  • What is an ionic foot detox?
    An ionic foot detox is said to work by pulling the toxins out of your body through your feet. Foot detoxing is just one method to assist in cleansing the body. Cleaning up the diet, drinking enough water, using herbal supplements and exercising the body and mind are all ways of detoxing.
  • Why is detoxing important?
    Detoxing is important to prevent the accumulation of toxins and free radicals that cause dis-ease. Every second are body is bombarded with all manner of toxins some that we can control, other we can’t. We live in a polluted society-emissions, greenhouse gases, radiation from our phones, our microwaves, pesticides in products, foods-you name it. If we’re not careful our bodies become sestpools which is a breeding ground for health issues and dis-ease.
  • How does the ionic foot detox work?
    The Ionic Cleanse treatment works by osmosis. The array goes into the water with the feet and the control unit delivers a current to the array. This causes the metals within the array and minerals within the water to generate positively and negatively charged ions. Everything in your body has either a negative or positive charge. When the unit is in a negative ion mode, it attracts positively charged contaminants (like a magnet) and pulls them through the soles of your feet. The sole of the foot is very accessible. You have over 2,000 pores on each foot and they tend to be larger pores making them easier to release toxins. (It’s because of the large number of pores that we use the sole of the foot to get essential oils into your system.) Your cells are then energized by the ions, stimulating the release of toxins, oils, acids, fats, heavy metals, yeast, cellular debris and waste that have accumulated over your lifetime. The body can also eliminate parasites, pinworms, uric acid, and various colored mucous; even drawing massive amounts of nicotine from the tissue and joints of people that have quit smoking even several years ago. Ionic body cleanse is an innovative technique for facilitating detox and drainage while simultaneously fostering healthy pH changes in the body.
  • What is the gray belt for?
    The belt is a far infrared unit. Far infrared is very healing and is very helpful for pain. It can be used on the neck, shoulders, knees, or waist. If no pain is present, put the belt around the waist to warm the core and increase metabolism. This will help toxins to flow more easily. The detox can be used with or without the belt and the belt can be used with or without the detox.
  • What is the wrist strap for?
    The wrist strap is used to ground you. It is one of the many additional safety features of the IonInfra Detox Machine. The units have timers so that if you get distracted or fall asleep the machine will automatically shut off after 30 minutes providing that’s what you set it for. IonInfra Detoxes will also shut off automatically if the amps get too high. They also come equipped with a fuse in the back of the unit in case of a power surge. The surge stops at the fuse not your feet.
  • Is there a reason it always starts with the yellow orange color?
    The yellow orange color signifies that the machine is pulling from the joints. If you think about the number of joints in the toes, ankles, and knees which are closest to the array, logically it makes sense.
  • Why does it look like the toxins are coming from the array?
    If you look at the array, it is hollow except for two metal coils. If you think of the tip of the coil as the tip of a magnet, the contaminants are attracted to the tip of the coil. As more and more are attracted, they are pushed up the coil until the coil is full. The toxins are then pushed from the top of the coil into the water.
  • Why does the water change color without feet in the water?
    If you operate the foot bath without your feet in the water, it will turn the water different colors, yellow to orange to brown because the element usage, minerals, and other impurities in the tap water will precipitate out. However; you can see the difference between this and a footbath session. Please note that if the tap water is particularly impure, the difference in water color between feet and no feet will be less noticeable, just like adding a handful of dirt to already dirty water. The fact that the water changes color is evidence that the array is working properly.
  • Why does the water color change?
    It is due to the interaction of the metals from the array, sea salt, minerals and impurities contained in the water along with the individuals contribution, creating an ionic field with the water. The water will change color regardless of whether you have an individual’s feet in the water or not, because of the metallurgic reaction to the array and the polarization of the solids and minerals in the water. HOWEVER, there will normally be 2-20 times the cellular debris within the water when the session is combined with an individual. The colors will also be dramatically different from person to person depending on where they have the toxins stored.
  • How often do I detox?
    It is recommended that 2 times a week for 7 weeks for a full detox. As with most alternative therapies, it is believed that it is good to give the body a rest and let it completely balance out without external stimuli for a period of 1-2weeks. If you are still pulling a large amount of toxins, then you can do another full detox of 2 times per week for 7 weeks. Everyone is unique and each person will have to adjust to his or her own body’s needs. This is also affected by how many toxins are you exposed to. How well do you eat? Are you under a lot of stress? Do you work in a toxic environment? Etc.
  • How long does the foot detox last?
    Each foot detox session lasts 30 minutes with an added 10 minutes for a complimentary essential oil foot soak.
  • Why can’t I do daily sessions?
    Daily treatments may create a healing crisis as the body naturally eliminates toxins. It may make you feel excessive fatigue.
  • Can anyone use the Ionic foot bath?
    Most people can benefit from an ionic detox. It is especially good for those suffering from gastrointestinal disorders, skin conditions, fungal or yeast infections, and cancer. The Ionic foot detox should not be used by individuals who are epileptic, hemophiliacs, or those with a pacemaker, implanted organs, or on blood thinners. It also should not be used during pregnancy or lactation. There may be other situations in which you should not use this unit. Please consult your health care provider if you are uncertain.
  • How many people can detox at one time?
    We can accomodate 4 people at a time. We have two single machines and 1 dual machine.
  • Why does the water color vary from treatment to treatment?
    Variations occur due to each individual’s energy state and toxicity levels as toxins are re-ionized at the molecular level and react with the metals of the array.
  • Can I use the foot detox while taking prescription drugs?
    Most doctor prescribed medications will not be affected by use of the ionic footbath, but the decision is best left up to you and your physician. We recommend consulting your physician prior to use.
  • What can I expect after my foot detoxing session?
    After a session, many people experience feeling lighter, with a greater sense of overall well-being, increased energy and improved focus. Many people with pain, edema, gout, swollen or deteriorating joints report considerable symptomatic relief from their session(s). Those that suffer from excessive toxicity may experience some discomfort, fatigue or headache after a session as their bodies release toxins for elimination. After a detox foot bath, clients are encouraged to drink plenty of water to asist with making elimination easier and more comfortable.
  • What is Reiki?
    Reiki is a Japanese word translated as rei (spirit, universal, life force) ki (energy, power, breath). Reiki is a non-invasive alternative and complimentary healing system that uses spiritually guided life force energy to bring balance to the physical, emotional and etheral bodies. It is not based on any faith or religion.
  • What are chakras and how are they used in reiki?
    We are energy. Life force energy flows within the physical body though pathways called chakras, meridians and nadis. It also flows around us in a field of energy called the aura. The treatments that we give in reiki focus on the seven major chakras or energy centers that line up along the spine. In Sanskrit, chakra means “wheel” and are thought to be spinning wheels of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.
  • What type of reiki do you do?
    I practice Usui Shiki Ryoho, or the Usui Way also translated as "the Usui System of Natural Healing” brought to the western world by Hawayo Takata from Dr Mikao Usui in Japan.
  • What is your reiki lineage?

  • How does reiki work?
    The Reiki practitioner is the conduit between the patient and the source of the universal life force energy; the energy flows through the practitioner’s energy field and through her hands to the client. The energy does not come from the practitioner; rather it comes through the practitioner from universal source. There is no energy drain on the practitioner.
  • How would reiki benefit me?
    According to the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, people use Reiki for relaxation, stress reduction and symptom relief, in efforts to improve overall health and well-being. Regular reiki treatments enhances the body’s ability to respond to unhealthy elements in your environment and help you to handle stress. By promoting the harmonious distribution of energy, Reiki is an excellent form of preventive medicine. A Reiki treatment may do the following: • bring about a peaceful, deep state of relaxation • dissolve energy blockages and tension • detoxify the body • support the well-being of a person receiving traditional medical treatments that are debilitating (e.g., chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, kidney dialysis) • supply universal life force energy to the body • stimulate the body’s immune system • help to relieve pain • stimulate tissue and bone healing after injury or surgery • increase the vibrational frequency on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
  • What should I expect during a session?
    Reiki sessions can be done in house at Youniversal or as a mobile service in the client’s home. Lights are lowered and quiet, candels lit, gentle and calming relaxation music is played and essential oils are diffused. The client remains fully clothed. Shoes, glasses and any bulky jewelry are removed. Sheets, blankets or a pillow under the knees are provided for the client’s comfort. Any need to reposition or add or remove blankets during the session should be clearly communicated. During a reiki session, the client is typically lying face up on the massage table. The client’s 7 major chakras are examined, followed by gentle hand placements either directly on the client or just above the body. Corresponding gemstones and crystals and/or essential oils can be applied to aid in the overall session as well. Simply put, the Reiki practitioner acts as a conduit for the lifeforce energy to come through, allowing it to go where it is needed most to bring about healing. It is not unusual for the client to fall asleep or go into a meditative state during the Reiki session. If the client is comfortable with closing their eyes during the session, it is strongly encouraged so that a deeper relaxation may occur. When the body is in this relaxed state, it is better able to work on repairing itself. After the session is completed the client is gently awakened and given a few moments to sit up slowly. The client is then given the opportunity to discuss the session and ask any questions. Please keep in mind that reiki can act as a detox and a client’s response can vary from session to session. There can be times of silence, laughter, tears, questions or all of the above. Rest assured, all sessions are kept confidential.
  • How often should I get reiki?
    Many clients choose to have follow-up sessions on a weekly or monthly basis to help them maintain a sense of wholeness and wellbeing. Check out our reiki membership options!
  • Why is water encouraged after my session?
    Water is offered and always encouraged after a session as it helps to facilitate the cleansing process. This sometimes takes the form of tears or even a runny nose and is always a good sign as the body is finding its way back to balance and ridding itself of things that are no longer needed.
  • What does a reiki session feel like?
    During the Reiki session clients may feel waves of subtle energy gently moving through their body. Others may experience heat or coolness from the practitioner’s hands and perhaps even see colors or visions. While these are normal responses, it is also completely common to “feel” nothing during the session, but still be left with a sense of deep relaxation, overall wellbeing and inner peace. What is important to remember is that Reiki works on all levels, so even though there might not be a physical sensation, the energy could be working on a deep emotional, etheric or spiritual level.
  • How does distance reiki work?
    Distance reiki can be sent to anyone, anywhere and at any time with permission from the intended recipient. Reiki practitioners utilize and invoke the distance healing symbol and often use the recipient’s photo (or visualization of the recipient) or an object during a distance reiki session. However, this is not necessary since Reiki energy can be sent to anyone simply by directing thoughts and energy to that person. Distance reiki sessions work because energy is not limited by time or space so sessions can be done without clients being physically present.
  • What is a Reiki Share?
    Reiki Shares are a great way to give and receive reiki in a casual atmosphere. All levels are welcome whether you have been attuned to reiki or just curious about energy healing. There is generally at least 1 Reiki Master present to facilitate and each person gets 10-15 on the table. Reiki shares offers recipients the combined wisdom and skill from multiple practitioners with different levels of experience. In addition to giving and receiving Reiki, Reiki shares offer participants the opportunity to socialize in the Reiki community, learn more about Reiki through peer support or even find a Reiki client, practitioner, or trainer.
  • How long is a Reiki Share?
    Reiki Shares typically last a few hours to give everyone enough time on the table. The time spent on the table is shorter than a private Reiki session, usually 10-15 minutes.
  • When do you host Reiki Shares?
    Reiki Shares are hosted at least one to two times per month. They are usually held on Wednesday evenings or Sunday afternoons. You can find the next Reiki Share by clicking on the Classes tab of the website and scrolling down to the bottomo of the page.
  • I want to learn Reiki. How do I sign up for class?
    We offer training and certifications in all 3 levels of Reikii (Level 1, 2, and Master). Reiki Levels 2 and 3 do require pre-requisites. For more detailed information including class overviews and class schedules, click here.
  • Are readings done at my home or as a house call?
    Oracle readings are done over the phone or through video chat. The only exception to this is when an oracle reading is added with an in-person service (foot detox or reiki). Oracle readings are listed as a “House Call” service due to limitations with booking software rules. At checkout you do have the ability to select your chosen contact method and complete the short waiver.
  • How do I pay for my reading?
    Payment is due and processed at time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Reminder: all services labeled as a “House Call” requires full payment at time of booking.
  • What if I need to cancel my reading?
    There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hrs in advance or do not show up for your appointment via the contact method you choose to be reached at (done at check out), you will be charged the full fee for your scheduled appointment. This means if I call or try to connect and you do not answer, you will still be charged. A new paid appointment will need to be scheduled. An appointment confirmation is sent out 48 hours before every appointment as well as a 24 hour appointment reminder (please enable email notifications).
  • How will I be contacted?
    You are contacted at your selected appointment time based on your chosen method at checkout. If by phone the call will come from a blocked or 615 area code.
  • What contact methods can I choose from?
    We do oracle readings by phone (voice call no video), Facetime (iphone video call), WhatsApp, Zoom, or FB messenger. You will be prompted to complete the Contact Method and Reading Disclaimer at time of booking where you will make your contact selection and enter your contact number or social contact.
  • I’ve had a reading before but I want to change my method of contact. How do I update my method of contact?
    The Contact Method and Reading Disclaimer is setup to require the form to be filled out only once. If you would like to be contacted a different way, please provide your preferred method of contact in the notes at checkout. Otherwise, you will be contacted with your original selection from your waiver.
  • What if I cancel at least 48 hours in advance of my appointment?
    Refunds are processed immediately upon cancellation. However, it typically takes 24-48 hours on average to be deposited into a client's bank account.
  • Which reading should I choose?
    A 15 minute session is best suited for a single question or concern. 30 minutes is best used to answer a few questions or concerns.
  • How should I store my herbs and oils?
    Store your tincture in a cool, dark, dry place.
  • Should I dilute my oils prior to use?

  • I don’t like the taste of the herbs, what can I use to make them more palatable? Can I put them in something besides water?"
    Since we do not add sugar or artificial flavorings to our products, you get only genuine PURE HERBS extracts from us. Some of these extracts – due to the nature of the herb - can be very bitter and difficult to swallow. You may put them in juice (preferably non-acidic) or water for flavoring or diluting.
  • Why does my peppermint and cajeput oil come with a separate dropper?
    Pepperment Oil and Oil of Cajeput come with separate droppers because the oils can eat through the rubber bulb at the top. So as long as you store your oils on a flat surface, you can use the droppers as lids. But if they will be tossed around (like in a purse/bag/etc), your best bet is to stick with the regular bottle cap.
  • What is an herbal extract?
    Herbal Extracts are dietary supplements, or a combination of dietary supplements, extracted in liquids such as distilled water and neutral grain spirits. Neutral grain spirits are an alcohol distilled from grain. A combination of distilled water and a neutral grain alcohol is the best fluid known for dissolving all parts of an herb.
  • Why is there neutral grain alcohol in the herbal extracts?
    The alcohol pulls out or extracts the active and therapeutic properties for the plants, the alkaloids, the vitamins, and minerals. Alcohol acts as an excellent solvent and preservative so the extracts can keep several years. The distilled water, herb(s) and neutral grain alcohol in a finished product, form an association or complex which can actually show up as a lower amount of alcohol than you started with. The dissolved dietary supplement substances, in this kind of liquid, are very easily absorbed by the body.
  • How much is a full dropper?
    The amount of extract pulled into the glass tube with one firm squeeze of the rubber bulb at the top is a full dropper. If you count the drops they will number approximately 40 drops, or 2mL.
  • Is it okay to use herbs when pregnant or nursing?
    If you are pregnant or lactating, please consult with your health-care professional before taking any herbal products. Pregnancy Very few herbs have been proven completely safe for babies in the womb. We do know herbs have powerful actions and may cross through the placenta to the baby, affect hormonal balance or stimulate early labor. It is best to not take many herbs during pregnancy, other than food herbs to support a healthy pregnancy, such as nettle and raspberry, unless they are absolutely needed and their use helps to avoid the use of more aggressive treatment. It is always wise to talk to your midwife, doctor or other health care provider if you want to use herbs while pregnant. Nursing Any herbs a nursing mother takes may pass through her breast milk to the baby. Babies are much more sensitive to herbs than adults. Avoid the use of strong-cleansing or anti-parasite herbs while nursing. Infants metabolize herbs differently than adults, with herbs often having a stronger action or a different action on babies and small children than on adults.
  • How do I use my spell candles?
    Spell candles are great for rituals, affirmations, spells, etc. ~ set of 2. Never leave burning candles unattended!
  • How long does it take for my spell candles to burn?
    Burn time is approximately 2 hours.
  • Can my membership be placed on hold?
    Yes, memberships can be placed on hold and will suspend the membership for 30 days. Please contact us to request to place a hold on your membership.
  • What if I need to cancel while my membership is hold?
    If you cancel while your membership is paused, your membership will resume and you will be charged on your next billing date.
  • How do I manage my membership?
    To see and manage your membership, follow these steps: Download the vagaro app or go to Login to profile Once you access your Profile, select the Memberships option. Select the specific membership to view additional details, including the cost, the current balance, the number of remaining visits, as well as the discounts that are being offered.
  • What is the Membership cancellation policy?
    Membership cancellation requires 14 day written notice (also includes Full Detox Package). Cancellation requests can be completed here.
  • Can my membership be shared with my family and friends?
    Yes, memberships can be shared with members of your household. To view and manage your family and friend list: 1. Hover over the profile initials or picture at the top-right of the screen once you log into Vagaro. Then select My Profile. 2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen. Under Family & Friends Sharing, you can see all your family members and friends with whom you're sharing memberships and packages. A status of Invitation Pending means that the Family & Friend hasn't accepted the invitation to be added to the Family & Friends list.
